Paathshaala is the approaching Bollywood film that stars Shahid Kapoor  & Ayesha Takia in the lead roles. It is been directed by Milind Ukey & produced by Ahmed Khan. The film is basically related to kids & is set in a school campus. Shooting of the film has been commenced from January 27. Hanif, is scoring the music of the film. Adlabs is supporting the project.

'Paathshala' is set in opposition to the backdrop of the Indian education system  and deals with modern and socially appropriate issues regarding children, film stars Shahid Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Ayesha Takia, Sushant Singh and popular child artistes Swini Khare ('Cheeni Kum'), Ali Haji ('Fanaa', 'Partner'), Dwij Yadav ('Nanhe Jaiselmer'), former child artiste Sunny Singh ('Dekh Bhai Dekh') and Shraddha Arya.
