Dhanshika, who played a 'daredevil role' in ‘Peranmai’, is now paired conflicting Arun Vijay in ‘Maanja Velu’ and plays an important role in a movie titled ‘Nil Kavani Sellathey’.
“Nil Kavani Sellathey is directed by Anand Chakravarthy, who produced ‘Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu’ preceding year. The movie has a key possibility for me to execute. I enjoy working in it”, she says.
On ‘Maanja Velu’, she says, “I play Anjali, a college student in the film. It is a vivacious role and I am part of not just romantic sequences but also stunt scenes. Director A Venkatesh has fastened ‘Maanja Velu’ with right commercial fundamentals. I am sure that it would become a blockbuster.”
“I want to do chunky roles and set up a place for myself in the industry. I don't mind glamour roles, if the script demands”, says the young actress.
On her debut film 'Peranmai', she says, “I was present at a cultural show. Jananathan spotted me at the event and instantly urged me to do the role in ‘Peranmai’. It was too good an offer to defy and I decided to do it straight away. Though the movie has five heroines, all of us had equal footage.”
