Jai Akash determination plays a double role for a motion picture titled Ayudha Porattam. As the designation suggests, the motion picture is on the subject of the travails of Tamils in India as well as Sri Lanka. Besides performing in the show the way responsibility, he would also direct the film.

A most important segment of the movie would be shot in Thailand, Hong Kong as well as China. The music is score by Nandhan Raj with camera is by Sai Satheesh. Plans are on to discharge the movie on 14 May.
