Aayirathil Oruvan, Kutty, Nanayam and Porkalam were released for Pongal. At present Asal, Jakku Bai, Goa, Paiya and Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam are geared up for release.

Goa is being released on 29th of this month. On the similar day Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam will as well be released. Rajni’s daughter Soundarya has produced Goa. Venkat Prabhu has directed this film.

Chimbudevan has directed the film Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam which has Lawrence, Lakshmi Rai, Padmapriya and Sandhya in the cast. Jakku Bai is being released on the last week of this month. Asal which has Ajith in the lead role has been produced by Shivaji Pictures.

This film will hit the screens on 5th of February. Paiya which has Karthi and Tamanna in the lead roles will hit the screens on the second week of February. This film has been directed by Lingusamy.
