Many of us are familiar with Silambarasan has changed his sobriquet lately from ‘Little Superstar’ to ‘Young Superstar’. The actor has now come out with a clarification on the reason behind his verdict.

“The title ‘Little Superstar’ was given to me when I was a child performer. I am playing hero roles now and finished 25 years in the industry. Furthermore I am even capable to direct films. So my fans urged me to change the sobriquet,” he says.

Saying that he had paid attention to the appeal of the fans and changed the sobriquet, Silambarasan says his longtime endeavor is to become the Superstar of Tamil film industry.

“But I am conscious that I have to go a long way to attain it. I am putting my best efforts and confident that I would realize the dream in the future,” he says with all hope, besides wishing his fans and well-wishers a happy New Year.
