The rights of the film Aadukalam which has Dhanush in the lead role has been bought by Sun Pictures. After the success of the Polladhavan, Group Company Kadhiresan is producing the movie Aadukalam.

Dhanush is playing the lead roles whereas a Delhi related model Topsy is been paired with Dhanush. Vetrimaaran is directing this film. This film is related on the lives of the people living in Madurai.

Since of this I lived in Madurai for months collectively to write the story. Novelist VJS Jayabalan is doing a vital role. The shooting is going on in Madurai. The songs by G V Prakash Kumar have come out well. Song sequences are to be shooting foreign locales. The rights of this high budgeted film has been acquired Sun Pictures.”
