South Indian beauty Asin has denied rumours that she had rejected lady director Farah Khan’s offer to act opposite Shahrukh Khan in Happy New Year, proverb she can on no description say no to the choreographer-turned-director.

"I am tremendously upset by means of this rumours that has perceptibly been floated by vested welfare. I don't appreciate how such rumours yield up.
