The 40th intercontinental Film Festival of India (IFFI), start on or after November 23 in Goa, will characteristic a seven-day subdivision called "Moments by means of the Maestros", which present audio-visual documentaries on a cantankerous segment of musical greats like Ustad Bismillah Khan, K.L.
