Naga Chaitanya is shooting for his in progress film in the US under the direction of Gautham Menon. Samantha is acting opposite him in this film. Naga Chaitanya, who played the role of a student in his first film, Josh, is acting as an assistant director in his second film. 

The film is said to be a romantic drama with a unlike scene although glamour plays a key role in it. Manjula is producing it while A.R.Rahman is scoring the music.
