It is now well-known that Kick (Telugu) will almost immediately be made in Tamil with Jayam Ravi in the lead. Director Jayam Raja is yet to make a decision on a title for this new motion picture but is much energized about it. He hopes to start shooting it in August.

Industry sources say that Tamannaah, who is at present in great demand, may be chosen as heroine. Tamannaah has been riding high with the accomplishment of Padikkathavan as well as Ayan and every construction house wants to cast her in their next silver screen.
